Director: Zhimin Zhang

Zhang Zhimin was recognized as a successful leader who achieved impressive results in elevating the company's sales and overall performance in the Northwest region of China. He has over 20 years of experience in the elevator industry and has proven his skills in sales, technology, and management. As the Chairman of Asoon Elevator Limited, he is responsible for the overall strategic planning, business development, and management of the company.

Zhang Zhimin received his Bachelor's degree in mechanical design and manufacturing from Northwestern Polytechnic University in 1999. Later in 2008, he pursued a Master of Business Administration from Xi'an Jiaotong University, which equipped him with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in his career.

His professional journey began in 1999 when he joined Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd as a Regional Sales Manager in South China. In this role, he was responsible for business technology and sales in the southern region of China. He then moved to Shenyang Division Company, where he served as the Sales Director from 2003-2005. During this time, he fully managed the sales and technology of the elevator business in Northeast China. He later moved to Hunan Branch, where he served as the Sales Director and was responsible for managing the business technology and sales of Hunan Branch.

In 2006, Zhang Zhimin was promoted to the General Manager of Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. Shaanxi Branch. During his tenure, he led the sales, installation, maintenance, overhaul, and transformation of Northwest China. His excellent leadership and management skills resulted in the company's impressive growth, from selling 600 elevators annually in the northwest region, with a sales amount of 200 million yuan, to more than 5000 elevators sold annually in the five northwest provinces, with a turnover of more than 1.5 billion yuan. He managed more than 1000 employees, including over 3000 sales units in Shaanxi Province, with a turnover of more than 1 billion yuan. Under his leadership, the company maintained the first market share in Northwest China for ten consecutive years.

With his extensive experience and expertise in the elevator industry, Zhang Zhimin continues to lead Asoon Elevator Limited as the Chairman, where he strives to achieve new milestones and drive the company towards further growth and success.

Chief Engineer: Yan Guodong

Yan Guodong is a highly experienced Chief Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in electromechanical integration, elevator and special equipment industry. He has an extensive background in elevator and escalator debugging, maintenance, and transformation design, as well as electrical design and debugging of automation equipment. Yan Guodong is well versed in electronic technology application, single-chip microcomputer program design, and project design. He is currently serving as Chief Engineer at Asoon Elevator Co., Ltd.

Yan Guodong's educational background includes a diploma in Electromechanical Integration from Baoji Industrial School in Shaanxi Province, which he obtained in July 1999.

In his current role at Asoon Elevator Co., Ltd., Yan Guodong is responsible for leading the R&D team in developing new elevator and escalator products. He also provides technical guidance and support for the company's elevator and escalator debugging, maintenance, and transformation projects. Additionally, he designs and implements electrical systems for automation equipment and develops and executes project plans to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

Prior to his current role, Yan Guodong served as Senior Electrical Engineer at Shaanxi Longxiang Parking Equipment Group Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for the company's parking equipment products. He also conducted research and development of new products and provided technical support for product design and development.

Yan Guodong also worked as an Elevator Engineer at Canny Elevator Co., Ltd. Shaanxi Branch, where he managed elevator engineering installation, maintenance, and transformation projects. He conducted research and development of new elevator products and technologies, supervised the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators, and provided technical support and guidance for elevator and escalator maintenance.

Earlier in his career, Yan Guodong worked as an Elevator Engineer at Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. Shaanxi Branch, where he conducted on-site debugging, transformation, and maintenance of elevators within the company's jurisdiction. He also conducted research on the mechanical and electrical systems of elevators, supervised the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators, and provided technical support and guidance for elevator and escalator maintenance.
